DOG DAYS Drama Box Volume 2 is the second Drama CD of the Dog Days first season anime. It was released in a 2CD set on October 26, 2011. The drama is titled Episode 12.5: Emblem of the Lion! (獅子の紋章 Shishi no Monshou), taking continuity between episodes 12 and 13.

The Drama CD contains a hidden insert song, Kodoku no Owari, sung by Godwin and his wife, Erina's seiyuu.

Story

Not long before Cinque returns home, an invited Gaul narrates past stories of the Galette Warriors. How Godwin became a knight, how successful were the Genoise trio now and in the past, and an unseen happening between Cinque and Eclair.
