Millhiore Firianno Biscotti is the 13-year-old Princess and representative suzerain of Biscotti Republic with a gentle and hardworking personality.

Name origin[]

Millhiore is Italian for "thousand flowers" (in Italy "millhiore" is a kind of honey, made by pollen gathered by the bees from many kinds of flowers). Concerning the naming practice of the series, it is probably named after mille-feuille, the French pastry commonly known as Napoleon. Her surname Biscotti is Italian for "biscuit".

She is also affectionately nicknamed Millihi (ミルヒ Miruhi).

Appearance[]

Millhiore is a cute girl with long pink hair and purple eyes. She also has pink dog ears and tail, Wears royal-like clothes, even when she's not attending a formal event. Her hair is short in front and long in the back.

Personality[]

As the representative leader of the nation, she is loved by everyone in the nation. As a princess, her schedule is always busy but that doesn't stop her from spending time with her friends. Apart from royal events, she also has concerts and occasional tours as one of the best singer on the continent.

History[]

Millhiore, born into the ruling royal family of Biscotti, had a formal, yet very entertaining life from the start. She made plenty of friends, alongside Leonmitchelli, who they had a very close, family like relationship. This was also a reason Biscotti and Galette had maintained an unbreakable alliance.

That alliance however, was challenged when Leo-sama had started to become distant, acting more politically and formally towards her while also engaging in wars, much more than usual. (This is where the first season starts.) In a desperate attempt to stop Leo-sama from sieging Biscotti, Millhiore has decided to summon a Hero, Cinque Izumi! She had saw Cinque's various acrobatic skills through a technique called Star-reading and decided that he would be the hero she, and all of Biscotti needs.

Ever since Cinque first arrived, they had a very close friendship and had won many battles, while also facing demons. On Cinque's first arrival, the last battle was interrupted by a gigantic demon which took Millhiore with him. The demon's mother appeared to her as her life force still clung to her once deity son, and asked Millhiore to help her son. After this Millhiore promised the mother that she will help her son, and Cinque freed her from the demon and together they pulled out the demon sword that had initially caused the deity to corrupt and become a demon.

Relationships[]

Cinque Izumi[]

Millhiore appears to have fallen for Cinque at first sight, though she does not act on these feelings initially. When she is not busy, she attempts to spend as much time with him as possible, which is rare due to her duties as a princess. When she can, she will go with Cinque to play frisbee, which she greatly enjoys. In the last episode of the first season, when she is sending Cinque back to his own world, she begins to cry and call for him, telling him that she loves him. He, in return, declares that he loves her too, and will definitely return to Flonyard. While this love can be somewhat romantical, the both of them see each other as very close friends which makes their relationship very balanced and fulfilling.

Leonmitchelli Galette des Rois[]

Millhiore and Leo-sama are as close as sisters. They grew up together as children and often played together. After Leo's star reading, Leo distanced herself from Millihi, hoping to prevent her horrible fate. After the events of the fox demon, their relationship becomes that of what it was prior to the star reading events. Princess Leo has been shown to enjoy Millihi's petting the best, and acts like the younger sister of the two, despite being older. Their relationship also serves as a core for the strong alliance between Biscotti and Galette.

Rebecca Anderson[]

True best friends, these two had liked each other ever since they met, and had been very supportive of each other from that beginning. Every time they spar in battles they still treat each other with respect and friendliness, No matter which side they are on!

Ricotta Elmar[]

Rico, Biscotti's Chief Researcher is a childhood friend of Millhi, with the two being able to spend much time together since they meet both in their free time and when they are completing their duties. Rico cheered up Millhi plenty of times, especially when she discovered that they can re-summon Hero Cinque!
